Crestwood Chiropractic continues to following all Covid-19 guidelines set forth from both the CDC as well as the State of Kentucky. Since the Governor's office, along with the Cabinet for Health and Human Services, still requires masks to be worn in Healthcare facilities, we ask that both our team members and our patients wear a face covering when in our office. Do not worry if you forget to bring one, we always have extra masks available at the front desk!
As for cleaning and sanitizing, our office continues to go above and beyond for our patients! All tables are sanitized between each patient, there are hand-sanitizing stations set-up throughout the office, and we have hired a company to perform a DEEP CLEAN every Friday of our entire clinic.
We take our patients' health, as well as our own, very seriously! We want everyone to stay safe and healthy out there!!
